You will receive an Ashes Collection Kit shortly after placing your order.   It will contain full instructions and everything you need to send us some ashes for casting.   You can also keep in touch with us regarding your order using our website messaging service.

 

The kit also includes a stamped addressed envelope so you can put it in the post without having to queue at a Post Office.  Please be careful to only send the amount of ashes we request however so as not to exceed the estimated weight for the pre-paid postage.

 

Every part of the making process is done by hand and with mindful respect.  Upon receipt of the ashes we will schedule a casting.  We light a candle and devote time exclusively to casting the ashes on your behalf.  You can rest assured that we do  not do multiple orders at the same time.

Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery after placing your order.  Every part of the process is done lovingly by hand and we factor in for busy periods and for drying time which can vary.

 

For greater peace of mind we use a Signed For delivery service. 

Shipping is calculated by weight at the checkout.

If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing an order, don’t worry, we will issue a full refund.

If you request a refund after this period, providing we haven’t begun a casting you will receive a partial refund after deduction of postal costs for collection and return of ashes.

If we have already commenced the casting process regrettably we are unable to return ashes or offer a refund.

 

RETURNS

We are unable to accept returns for any of our goods cast with cremation ashes.

 

DAMAGED GOODS

We package carefully and use a tracked and signed for service.   In the unlikely event that damage occurs during transit please contact us immediately.  We will do our best to make good a repair.
